If you have any questions on our software before purchasing or need a temporary license to fully test out your workflow, please email us at [email protected].

We encourage you to download and test the software in DEMO MODE prior to placing an order to make sure that the software fits your particular needs.

A refund for an order can be given provided that

  • The Software License for the order has not been activated
  • The refund request is within 14 days of the order date

If your order was placed thru an approved Calibrated Software Reseller, please contact both us and the Reseller when requesting the refund, as we would not issue a refund directly to you, rather we would issue the refund to the Reseller that the order was purchased thru and it would be the Reseller’s responsibility to issue the refund to you.
