If you have not already done so, please download Calibrated{Q} IMX Decode for OSX here and try it out to make sure it fits your specific workflow needs. This software is not meant for Mac OSX computers with any version of Final Cut Studio or Final Cut Server installed.
To purchase a Software License, please go to the bottom of this page and enter the number of Software License(s) you wish to purchase and then press the 'Add To Cart' button and proceed with checkout. After payment is received, you will be able to generate a Software License in your Customer Account on our website for your order (see 'After Purchase - Software License Instructions' below).
Please note that one(1) Software License is sold only for a single activation on one(1) physical computer, and a Software License is not transferable to another computer for any reason. Please see the Software License Agreement for more details.
After Purchase - Software License Instructions
After payment is received for your order, you will be able to generate a Software License in your Customer Account on our website for Calibrated{Q} IMX Decode for OSX using the following instructions:
Step 1: If you have not already done so, please download and install Calibrated{Q} IMX Decode for OSX on the Mac OSX computer you want to license.
Step 2: Go to the CalibratedQIMXOptions.app application located in the folder
/Applications/Calibrated/Applications/Options. Open the CalibratedQIMXOptions.app application and click on the word ‘about’ and then press the ‘Get Calibrated Computer ID’ button to generate your Calibrated Computer ID.
Step 3: Log into your Customer Account on our website and click on your Order Number and your Order Information webpage will come up.
Step 4: In the Order Information webpage, you will see a column labeled 'Licenses Remaining' - click on the "Generate New License" link and enter in your 'Calibrated Computer ID' when prompted.
Step 5:Your Software License will then be generated and presented to you, and saved in your Customer Account.
Step 6:Go to the 'about' page of CalibratedQIMXOptions.app and press the "Enter Software License" button and paste in your Software License in the window that pops up, press the 'Apply' button and then restart your computer. After restarting, your software will have the DEMO MODE limitation removed and be fully functional.
Refund and Transfer Policy
Once a Software License has been generated then there are No Refunds and one(1) Software License is for a single computer only and is Not Transferable( i.e. no activate/deactivate of a Software License ) to any other computer for any reason, so please test the software in DEMO MODE thoroughly to make sure it fits your specific workflow needs before generating your Software License. A refund can only be given if you have not generated a Software License AND your refund request is within 30 days of your purchase date.
