License Agreement | Refund Policy

1.) What to know BEFORE YOU ORDER:

-IMPORTANT for orders made before November 13, 2014 - We have updated our software products and our software licensing. Please read the Upgrade FAQ page to find out how to upgrade your previous orders.

-We do encourage and require you to download and test the software in DEMO MODE before ordering to make sure the software fits your particular needs. You can find download links to all of our software here. After placing an order, we will not physically ship any software to you, nor do you have to re-download the software.

After payment is received for your order, you will receive an Activation Key for each Software License that you order, and you can use that Activation Key to activate a Software License to a specific computer that will remove the DEMO MODE limitations of the software for that specifc computer.

If you order five(5) or more Software Licenses then you will receive one(1) Activation Key that can be used for the quantitiy of Software License(s) that you order. Please note it can take 1-3 business days to update the one(1) Activation Key you receive to reflect the quantity of Software Licenses ordered as this has to be done manually by us. If you have any questions or if you would like one(1) Activation Key for quantities of 2-4 Software Licenses or add to an already existing Activation Key, please email us in advance of placing your order at info@calibratedsoftware.com

-Bundle discounts only apply at the time of purchase (i.e. you cannot 'upgrade' your product to a Bundle at a later date) and all products in the Bundle must be licensed to the same computer.

-If you are a reseller then you must have and be placing orders thru your approved Calibrated Software Reseller Account. If you are a reseller and do NOT have an approved Calibrated Software Reseller Account - please click here to apply for one.

2.) What to know about ACTIVATING your Software License:

After payment is received for your order, you will receive an Activation Key for each Software License that you order, and you can use that Activation Key with the Calibrated License Manager Application to activate a Software License to a specific computer that will remove the DEMO MODE limitations of the software for that specifc computer. 3.) What to know about the SOFTWARE LICENSE POLICY:

Please note that one(1) Software License is for a single physical computer only (it's tied to the computer's motherboard). You can activate/deactivate a Software License from one computer to another computer using your Activation Key with the Calibrated License Manager application (requires internet connection). 4.) What to know about REFUNDS:

A refund for the purchase price of an order may only be given if you have NOT activated or generated a Software License for your order, AND the refund request is within 30 days of the order purchase date. For more details see our refund policy.
