This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Calibrated Software! does not own or control, or to people that Calibrated Software does not employ or manage.You accepted this policy when you registered your account and/or purchased software thru this site. Information Collection: Calibrated Software uses a contact form for website visitors who wish to contact us via the Internet. This form requires users to provide specific contact information (like their name and e-mail address) and demographic information (like their address, zip code and phone number). We use customer contact information from this form to send the individual information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary and notify them of new products and services when they become available. Users/Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the opt-out section below. Calibrated Software collects customer registration information when a user chooses to purchase or download products on this website. Calibrated Software provides an option for the user to not receive any communications via email during the registration process. Calibrated Software does not collect or store any credit card information on our web server. Calibrated Software contracts with a third party payment processor to collect, store and process payments for products and services sold on this website.

Supplementation of Information: In order to process your Credit Card orders, we use PayPal and FirstData, third party services, to validate and verify your credit card information and billing information. All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.

Sharing Policy: Calibrated Software will not sell any information provided to this website. Calibrated Software may release or share any information under the following circumstances:
a. To any third-party or company unless when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our intellectual property rights or in investigations of fraud.
b. To any governement agency unless when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or required by court-ordered subpoena by local, state or federal law enforcement or to comply with the US Patriot ACT.
c. To resellers, service providers, suppliers, or companies that help with our business operations, such as credit card processors, shipping vendors, billing and refund vendors, and companies that help us improve our product and service offerings and our website. These service providers, suppliers or vendors are required not to use your information for any other purpose than to facilitate a specific service requested by Calibrated Software.
d. We may share aggregate data, such as user statistics (for example, a certain percentage of our users are female) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
e. When Customers purchase Calibrated Software products thru approved Calibrated Software Resellers, these resellers will have limited access to to customer information for those customer's that the reseller directly sells to.
f. In the unlikely event that Calibrated Software or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.

Cookies and Usage Tracking: Calibrated Software uses cookies in certain parts of our site to increase site security and usability. These cookies do not record your personal information and are used only to enhance your online experience at this website. Calibrated Software records the IP Address, browser type, referring URL and other non-personal information of visitors to track the popularity and usability of this website. Information collected for website usage statistics does not contain personal information about the website user(s). Calibrated Software periodically may use outside ad companies to display ads on certain areas of our site. These ads may contain cookies.
