Playback MXF Files in QuickTime Player and CatDV

Calibrated{Q} MXF Import for Windows is a QuickTime component for NATIVE Importing and Playback of the following MXF files within QuickTime Player and CatDV when used in conjunction with Calibrated{Q} Decode Codecs for Windows.

Calibrated Software's unique solution successfully joins the separate video and audio Panasonics P2 and Ikegami GFCAM MXF files so that Final Cut Pro sees them all as ONE file - complete with TimeCode and Reel Name. PullDown can also be removed or added for select frame rates for Panasonics P2 MXF Files.1

Please click on the 'Formats' tab above to see the list of other currently supported MXF files. If you have a MXF File that is not currently supported, please email info@calibratedsoftware.com to see if it can be added.

Auto-Save QuickTime Reference Movies

Once you setup auto-referencing with the Calibrated{Q} MXF Options application, everytime you open a MXF file from within QuickTime Player, you also save a QuickTime Reference Movie for that MXF file so that you can work with your MXF files in other 3rd party applications that support QuickTime.
