Mac OSX Requirements*

MacIntel Computer with OSX 10.5.8 (Leopard) OR 10.6.8 or greater (Snow Leopard) or 10.7.5(Lion); recommended at least Intel Core 2 Duo with two cores or two physical processors

Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 or 7.0.3 (earlier versions not supported), Final Cut Pro 10.0.6, OR Calibrated{Q} Decode for OSX codecs are required to decompress AVC-Intra, DVCProHD, IMX, and XDCAM HD video contained in MXF files.**

Final Cut Pro X 10.0.6. is supported in Calibrated{Q} MXF Import for OSX v2.4.0 or greater. Please see the FCP X section in the User Guide for more details. Recommended by Apple for native MXF editing in FCP X!

Avid QuickTime Codecs required for DNxHD, Meridien, and Avid Uncompressed MXF Files



Windows Requirements*

32/64-bit Windows 7 or Vista (Business or Ultimate) or Windows 32-bit XP with SP3

QuickTime 7.6.6 or higher

Virtual OS is NOT supported

Calibrated{Q} Decode for Windows codecs required to decompress the video for DVCProHD, DV50, IMX, XDCAM, and AVC-Intra MXF files.**

Avid QuickTime Codecs required for DNxHD, Meridien, and Avid Uncompressed MXF Files

Intel Processor with SSE3 support, at least a Intel Core 2 Duo with two physical cores is highly recommended

**Calibrated{Q} Decode codecs are required on Windows computer OR on Mac OSX computers that do NOT have FC Pro/Studio/Server installed. Calibrated{Q} Decode codecs for OSX are not needed or meant for computers with FC Pro/Studio/Server installed. See Calibrated{Q} MXF Import User Guide for more information. Please note that Calibrated{Q} MXF Import and the various Calibrated{Q} Decode codecs are all separate products and each specific product requires its own purchased Software License.
