Playback MXF Files in QuickTime Player
With Calibrated MXF{Q} Import, you can view P2 (DVCProHD/DV50/DV25) , XDCAM DV25 and select OP1a DV-based MXF Files within QuickTime Player when used in conjunction with Calibrated{Q} DVCProHD Decode for Windows. Calibrated Software's unique solution successfully joins the separate video and audio P2 MXF files so that QuickTime Player sees it all as ONE file - complete with TimeCode and Reel Name. PullDown can also be removed or added for select frame rates.
Create QuickTime Reference Movies
Within QuickTime Player, you can also create QuickTime Reference Movies so you can work with your MXF Files in other 3rd party applications that support QuickTime.
